By using SoftAscend services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

SoftAscend offers software solutions tailored to business needs, including subscriptions, hosted platforms, and custom development projects.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of account credentials, and use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and these terms.

All software, documentation, and related materials provided by SoftAscend are the exclusive property of SoftAscend and protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
5. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay all fees as described in invoices or order confirmations. Fees are due in full according to the billing schedule.
6. Refund Policy
We aim to ensure client satisfaction. Below are our policies regarding refunds for different offerings:
6.1 Software Services
Clients may request a refund within 30 days of service activation for standard software subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted via our Contact Page. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment channel within 10 business days. Services may be transferred to another party upon written approval. Custom development engagements are not eligible for refunds due to the tailored nature of work and allocation of resources.
6.2 Infoproducts
Digital materials such as courses and guides are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if no access or download has occurred. To request a refund, contact us via the Contact Page. Refunds will be processed through the original payment channel within 7 business days. Items may be substituted with alternative digital products of equivalent value.
6.3 Goods
Physical items purchased through SoftAscend are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Customers must cover return shipment costs. Refunds will be processed through the original payment channel within 7 business days of receiving returned items. Replacements or alternative items may be arranged by contacting us via the Contact Page.
7. Termination
SoftAscend reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms or unauthorized use of the services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftAscend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
